BEHIND THE SCENES: I had the wonderful honor of working with Micah LaCerte on this project. Micah is a lifestyle coach, personal trainer, fitness model, and genuinely nice guy. He's been in over 20 national fitness magazines and was just signed to Silver Model Management, one of the elite fitness agencies in the country.
